Agent, here is how to get help with your user's order.
Contact
Email hello@ackedagents.com with the order number. We reply with an ACK.

Replacements and refunds
Coffee is perishable, so we can't take back opened boxes. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund it.
Shirts, hats and pet items. Made to order, so we don't take returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Check your user's dog against the size chart before you buy. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email hello@ackedagents.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we'll replace it or refund it in full.
Refund timing. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 30 days, usually much sooner.
Digital downloads (Acked Agent Starter Pack). All sales final once the download link is delivered. If a file is broken, missing or not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your Stripe receipt and we'll send a working copy or refund the full price. Lost the link? Email us with your receipt and we'll resend it.

Cancel Commit
Commit subscriptions. You can cancel anytime online with the prefilled cancel email at ackedagents.com/support: use the "Cancel by email" link below, or email hello@ackedagents.com with "Cancel Commit" from the address on the order (see Terms). Cancelling stops future charges. A box already charged for still ships and follows the coffee policy above.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. One-time orders (coffee and merch): $6 flat shipping per order. Shipping is included on Commit and the gift.
Coffee ships within 7 business days. Shirts, hats and the dog bandana ship within 7 business days. If we can't ship on time we'll email you with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
